Tidelands Health recognized as ‘high performance employer’ by global consulting firm
Tidelands Health has again been recognized for its comprehensive and innovative strategy for enhancing the overall well-being of employee partners.
Gallagher, a global firm specializing in HR and benefits consulting, has named Tidelands Health its 2024 High Performance Employer. The award is based on data from five categories, including culture, strategy, results, innovation, voluntary turnover and overall organizational well-being.
“Our team members are the backbone of our health system, and we are grateful for their skill, dedication and service to our community,” said Jeremy Stephens, executive vice president and chief human resources officer. “We are proud to offer them a comprehensive, Team Tidelands Total Rewards benefits package and foster a work environment that supports their overall well-being.

The High Performance Employer Awards were announced during Gallagher’s 2024 Summit. As the top winner, Tidelands Health demonstrated its focus on wellness, emphasis on a multi-year benefits strategy, plan cost containment and innovative approach addressing overall well-being, among other criteria.
The Gallagher award is the second accolade for Tidelands Health’s work environment in as many months. In April, Becker’s Healthcare named Tidelands Health to its list of the Top 150 places to work in health care for 2024. The list highlights hospitals, health systems and health care companies that prioritize workplace excellence and the happiness, satisfaction, well-being and fulfillment of employees.
