What is a Chamber Ambassador?
Ambassadors are volunteers who help promote the Chamber business community and support Chamber functions. Projecting a positive image, assisting with volunteer roles at events, and reaching out to welcome new members are among the primary activities of an Ambassador. Ambassadors may call or visit with a new member over coffee, deliver member welcome bags, invite members to events, assist with event registration or greet attendees at events, and participate in ribbon cutting ceremonies.
What does it cost?
There is no cost to join the Chamber Ambassadors!
How do I join?
Ready to join the Ambassador team? Email Joanna Lombardozzi or call (843) 546-8436 for an application. Drop completed applications by either Chamber office at 531 Front St., Georgetown or 28 Wall St., Pawleys Island. Once your application is reviewed, and if approved, we will contact you to schedule a time for your orientation.
