Board-certified radiation oncologist joins Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network in Murrells Inlet
A board-certified physician specializing in the administration of radiation therapy to treat a variety of cancers has joined Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network.
Dr. Robert Zlotecki sees patients at the MUSC Health Tidelands Health Radiation Therapy Center, part of the Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network, at 4033 U.S. 17, Suite 106, in Murrells Inlet.
Dr. Zlotecki provides radiation oncology services to treat a variety of cancers, including head and neck, lung and prostate cancers. He uses the latest technologies including stereotactic radiation therapy, image-guided radiation therapy and volumetric arc therapy.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Zlotecki is certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Tidelands Health Cancer Care Network is a member of the MUSC Hollings Cancer Network. MUSC Hollings Cancer Center is South Carolina’s only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center, with the largest academic-based cancer research program in the state.
Dr. Zlotecki joins a team that has twice earned national recognition for providing one of the top-rated patient experience environments in the country. In 2022 and 2023, the MUSC Health Tidelands Health Radiation Therapy Center in Murrells Inlet earned the
Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award from Press Ganey, a company that specializes in health care experience solutions and services.
