Cozy Up with Hot Chocolate and Horses at Barnabas Horse Foundation!
Murrells Inlet, SC - You’re invited to a day of warmth, joy, and horses at the Barnabas Horse Foundation! Join us on Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine, for our “Hot Chocolate and Horses” Community Open House at 4533 New River Rd, Murrells Inlet, SC.
Come celebrate the holiday season with family and friends as we open our gates for a festive, heartwarming event filled with:
Self-Guided Tours: Wander through our beautiful farm, meet our friendly team, and learn about the amazing work we do with equine therapy.
Meet the Horses: Say hello to our gentle therapy horses, each with their own special story and an incredible ability to heal hearts.
Hot Chocolate & Cookie Bar: Nothing says cozy like hot chocolate! Customize your cup with toppings galore, and pair it with a sweet treat as you enjoy the crisp December air.
Equine Demonstrations: Watch the magic of human-horse connections unfold through live demonstrations of our therapy work.
Santa’s Station: Santa’s coming to town! Capture the moment with a free photo beside his sleigh.
This free event is our way of sharing the love and healing power of horses with our community. Whether you’re new to equine therapy or just want a fun day out, this event promises warmth, joy, and plenty of holiday cheer!
“We can’t wait to welcome our friends and neighbors for a fun-filled day,” says Sue McKinney, Founder of Barnabas Horse Foundation. “Our horses have a way of touching lives, and this is the perfect chance to meet them, enjoy some holiday magic, and learn more about how they help those in need.”
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and bring the whole family for a festive celebration of hot chocolate, horses, and holiday fun!
